Phase 01 week 1
Evaluate
A full hour with your Doctor of Physical Therapy: movement screen, strength and range-of-motion baselines, and an honest read on what is driving the pain. You leave with the plan — and the first exercises — the same day.

Phase 02 weeks 2–6
Rebuild
Hands-on treatment paired with progressive loading. Every visit re-tests the numbers that matter for your goal; the plan changes when your body does, not when a template says so.

Return
Sport- and job-specific testing against your day-one baseline — jump height, carry load, pain-free range. You are discharged with a home program and re-test dates, not a goodbye.
